Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the kurta is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached before placing it back in its original packaging.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After a successful quality inspection at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange item will be dispatched.
